Training for Staff

Much like a corporation, a school can utilize the CHARACTER FIRST! Leadership and Employee Trainings to have a positive impact on its staff. Members of the school board, principals, department heads, and senior teachers are just some of the individuals who will benefit from the leadership training. Implementing an organized character program within the ranks of your staff is an important step in establishing a culture of good character at your school. You can view our calendar of upcoming training events or click here to contact our office about scheduling an on-site training.

Training for Students

If you do not already have on organized character training effort for your students, you may want to consider the CHARACTER FIRST! Education Program. CFE is designed specifically for K-6 children. The colorful and lively curriculum helps capture their attention with songs, stories, crafts, games, memory work, object lessons, coloring pages, collectable Character Cards, and posters. Each 16-page teacher's booklet focuses on a different character quality and allows teachers to select the most appropriate activities for their students. Training is also available in addition to the many resources for both teachers and volunteers. CCI is building a network of volunteers who are willing to take time and assist in teaching character to elementary students. To learn more about training opportunities, or about the volunteer network, please call our office at (317) 543-4870. You can also request a catalog of training and resources available through CCI.
